Assembly of the
rig in pyrolysis process:
The rig is assembled on a frame structure made of mild steel angle bar.
The rig is mounted by making rack in frame, so that the position of
the rig is fixed. They are joined with each other or with reactor and
condenser by locking screw with flange. Gasket is used to seal various
joints. The biomass heater is set in the reactor with the frame by connector,
which supplied heat uniformly in the reactor internally. The assembly
is shown in Fig.3.4
