Results and Discussion


Introduction


The experiments were conducted under different operating conditions. This various operations resulted from amounts of products. Pyrolysis liquid product obtained from scrap tires of bicycle/rickshaw and trucks by fire tube fixed bed pyrolysis system is given in the Table and discussions are made for feed materials.


Results for Products Yields


The maximum product yield was found at 475°C. The size of 10 × l/2× l/4(cm) of scrap tire was better than any other size for liquid production. The constant temperature running time for maximum liquid production was 60 minutes that is economical. Characteristics are approximately sufficient just like conventional diesel fuel.

Discussion


By the experimental study the liquid product yields were collected for various operating variables. In this work maximum liquid production 60% wt material size of 10 × 1 /2 × 1 /4(cm). In this project the running time was less comparison with the previous project running time.
